Sunny Care is an approved NDIS Provider supporting people up to the age of 65.

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7days a week, you will receive the support you need, whenever you need it.

If you are under age 65 and have permanent and significant disability, you may be eligible for NDIS services.

We focus on your strengths while providing support in other areas.

Support Coordination

Helps you understanding your plan, and coordinating for a mixture of the services you need.

What does a coordinator do?

Plan Management

Helps you paying all the bills on time, monitoring your budget. Save your time liaising with NDIS. $0 cost to you.

Assistance with daily life & Social Participation

Improved Relationships

Behaviour support and social skills development.

Preparing for job intervention.

Improved Health and Wellbeing

Managing Physical activities, maintain health and wellbeing.

Improved Daily Living

Skill development for daily decision making, planning and general life skills for independence.

Home Modification, Allied health assessment.

Support Independent Living (SIL)

Support participants to build up living skills while living independently.

Eligibility Checklist

  • Aged between 7 and 65

  • Australia Citizen/ Permanent Resident/ Protected Special Category Visa holders

  • Do you usually need support from a person because of a permanent and significant disability?    

  • Do you use special equipment because of a permanent and significant disability?

  • Do you need some supports now to reduce your future needs?

If you answer yes to more than 3 of the above checklist, you may be eligible.

Sunny Care will follow the NDIS price guide for service delivered.              

If you are Eligible for NDIS, they will fund all cost of your services.
